“I hate going to the gym. Doing the same thing over and over again in a sweaty, smelly place is not my idea of fun. And no fun = no motivation to go. That’s why I love Laura’s workout – it’s actually fun. It’s outside, overlooking the beach. It’s never the same thing and it goes by so fast that you almost forget you’re exercising. And Laura is a great trainer – very patient and gives you as much personal attention as you need. Plus, everyone else in the class is really cool too. Yes, it’s a challenging workout but you can go at your own pace and the circuit training aspect of it means that you’re only doing each exercise for a little while.
