Saturday:

8 am: Ocean & Bay – Boot Camp Class*

9 am: Ocean & Montana – TRX Suspension Class

10 am: Ocean & Alta – Pilates Mat Class*

* Star indicates pay-by-donation priced classes. Typical donation ranges from $10 – $20.

Important: To attend class, you must RSVP the night before for morning classes, and by 2 pm the day-of for evening classes.

6 week boot camp: $297 ($16.50 per class)
3 week flexible boot camp: $165 (use 9 sessions anytime within 6 week period)
