Attention New Years Resolutioners!
March 1st, 2010It’s the beginning of March! This is often the time when people start to stray from their health & fitness goals. Don’t stop! This is the time to really push and stick with it!
Listen, you’ve worked hard for 2 months now. This is NO time to give up! And if you haven’t started, there is no time like the present.
Being too busy or too tired is no excuse! There is no doubt that you have 1 hour in the day to do something good for yourself. And if working out doesn’t seem very rewarding while you’re doing it, I can guarantee that you’ll be happy you did!
In the history of the world, I don’t think anyone has ever said this after working out:
“Darn, I wish I wouldn’t have done that.”
Getting fit and/or losing weight is not easy, but you CAN do it. Make today the day that you stop talking about it/wishing for it, and actually take the steps to change your body and the way you feel.
